SEARCH was established in 1992 to meet the need for cultural and linguistic-specific employment services for a diverse and growing Souteast Asian community.
In the past 19 years, SEARCH has served more than 15,000 refugees and immigrants and has placed over 5,000 of them into jobs. It provided services not only to Southeast Asian refugees and immigrants but also to a growing Karen and African refugee populations.
SEARCH use the collaboration with other organizations to maximize its services, reach a broader population of refugees and immigrants, and increase training opportunities for its clients.
SEARCH is more than just an organization providing services to immigrants and refugees.
